Is there any way to find out if a game of myself was used in a lichess puzzle ?
The only puzzle from your games is #80301 (lichess.org/training/80301). There is no easy way to search for this.

Theoretically you can go through each puzzle one by one and look at who the players are. I had the same question as you a few months ago and wrote a program to do this for me. I ran it with again today but told it to look for your games.
The puzzles appear to be in chronological order with no new ones since 2017. It also looks like they stopped taking casual games many years ago, that's about all I know about how they're selecting them.

You wouldn't have any because the last puzzle is from July 2017 and your account is from 2020.
