I'm tired of seeing sandbaggers take the top places in U1500 and U1700 tournaments. The problem is far worse than cheating in my opinion. I've only encountered cheaters like 3 times in several years, but nearly every time I open a rating-restricted tournament, the winner is a blatant sandbagger who ruins the fun for everyone. Here is the latest example: @EveryTimeChampion. Wins the tournament with ~1900 performance, dumps rating, repeats again and again. The dude even bragged about how he is going to win in the tournament chat. Manual reporting is slow and unreliable. Such cases are easy to detect (1900 performance in tournaments, 1200 at best in other games) and they should be banned automatically.
