Feature request - Don't highlight when under check

Is there a way to prevent the chess piece sound from being different when you are under check? And also to prevent the king cell from being highlighted? I hope this can be a toggle option in preferences if it is possible.

I am thinking of how chess is played over the board. If your king is under check there should be no additional indication that your king is in check and it is up to you to figure that out.

This also changes last move highlight but that seems fine if your goal is to replicate the OTB experience. I don't think you can disable the check sound.

I am pretty sure that the piece sound is the same for moves which come with check as well as those which don't.

EDIT: That is only true for the standard sound. I just tried playing against Stockfish with the piano one and realised that a check comes with a different sound. So the solution to your problem would be just to shift to standard sound.
