#6 in fact there is a "second chance" on chesstempo as well, it's called "ALT" there.
That was basically my point I got two ''Good move'' prompts prior in the same puzzle for moves that were winning material but no mate, and when I got around to find a mate in 3-4 I failed because I missed the mate in 1.
I agree that I failed the puzzle I was just clueless as to what were considered good moves if a slower mate isn't one of those.

#12 Missing a slightly shorter mate (e.g 6 moves instead of 4, or 3 instead of 2) on lichess often gives a "good move" message. But if you fail to see a mate in 1 even for mate in 2, then it's failed.
Seems legit, was just wondering.
