Incorrect puzzle?

In this puzzle the correct moves are as follows:
1. Nxd5
2. Bxd5
3. Bxh4

I failed to see that because after Nxd5 should'nt Bxe7??
What am i missing?

if white plays Bxe7 after Nxd5 then simpily Nxe7 and black reamins up a piece!
