You include some national dependencies but not others (e.g. Quebec but not other Canadian provinces - the Quebec independence movement is the most prominent, of course, but there is separatism in Western Canada, in Newfoundland, among the Eskimos, etc, etc. )
some variant flags recently created by opposition movements (Russia White-blue-white) , and I recognize that the Belarussian version is much older
some countries not even any longer in existence (Artsakh, Adygea)
some which, without disrespect, do not legally exist (Basque Country)
In these circumstances, why can't the user define his own country, upload his own flag according to the parameters, etc. ?
